new to salt water have questions for 29 gal tank

hey guys please help me i have fresh water tank and i got 29 gal tank its 30"long 18high and 12deep. so i want to set up for salt water i was just wondering what protein skimmer is the best preffer the hang on one do i need another biological filter seperate which one, what lights what heater whats the best for thank for the money what power heads how many and they say that i need double the amount of filter for instance if i have 29 i need a 06 on skimmer and on filter so please help me detailed really would preciated. By the way i want have reef and some clown fish and stuf fish
