hey i'm am wondering if this would work a 10-15 gallon tank with some live rocks and live sand with 1 tomato clownfish, 2 hermit crabs, 1 Ocellaris (Percula) Clown, 1 Starfish, and some Green Finger Leather Frag.
thanks for any advice

What kind of lights and filtration?

A tomato and false perc may not work in that small of a tank. Tomatos, and maroons are the most agressive clowns, so you might either want to go with two tomatos, or ocellaris that you introduce at the same time. Having one bigger than the other will make the process go smoother.

well now it may be a standard ten gallon aquarium or a 20 gallon high tank. and now if i get a 20 gallon i might want to put in 2 Ocellaris (Percula) Clown and 1 or 2 tomato clowns but i have plenty of time to think this will now be for a year when i get my 55

If you're going to buy a tank and put clowns in it, try to keep them the same type of clown. Also...get tank-raised as much as you can...their "aggro-range" is not nearly as much as wild bred clowns...but if you're going to upgrade soon, you can get away with getting baby wild bred ones and hopefully they will have a bigger home when they outgrow the 10.

well theyre going to be in a 20 gallon for atleast one year probably more but i do plan on eventually getting them in a little bigger tank in the future so i guess ill choose the perc and have 2 but is there any fish that could good with the clowns? thanks

The only fish that I've had that didn't get along fine with clowns were other clowns, and damsels.

As long as you don't try to keep different species of clowns, and/or and odd number of the same type of clown you should be able to pick from a ton of fish that will get along with a perc pair.

Gobies, blennies, six-line wrasse, firefish, would all be good choices. Pygmy angels are a bad idea in this small of a tank, but they do get along with them fine. Same goes for any type/size tang.
