Need Skimmer Advice - ASAP!

Hey all. I have not kept up with the skimmer side of reefing since I have not used one since I setup my tank a few years ago. However, I miss the water clarity and the cleanliness of it. That and it cuts down on algae on the glass alot.

What are the recomendations? I don't need DELTEC or 300 dollar skimmers. I want something that is tried and true, cheap (under 100 bux) and WORKS!. AquaC skimmers are out I used them before and their designs suck. The only other skimmer I have used is a turbofloater. However that will not fit in my space.

I have a 15 tall sump and a 30 cube tank. I have about 8x8 area to work with, maybe a few mor inches. It will be insump.

Recommendations Please! I am looking on ebay so if you can point me there that would be good.

Thanks Alot!

I've read some reviews about CORALIFE SUPER SKIMMER, which seem to be very good for the low budget price tag.

I am using the seaclone and my tank doesnt even look like there is any water in it its almost like the fish are just suspended in mid air thats how clear the water is and in my area they run around $109 and from the space you described they would fit well in your sump how this helps their made by the same company that makes instant ocean sea salt

I have been thinking of trying the ASM myself, their larger models are great.

Me too skip. I have never used an ASM, but I know that many people including Anthony Calfo highly recommend them...and for $119, you cant beat that.
