Jennie if I remember correctly Erik said he was going to be here in Atlanta for Saltwater U2 which is going on this weekend. I haven't seen him yet but he said a couple of months ago that he was going to be here. He may not have internet access until after he gets back home. Just thought I would chime in before you give up on him too quickly.

since i don't want to send you something you may already have, here are some pics of what i'm going to send you (wysiwyg, taken under flourecent light - no flash, no imaging)......if you have something like these i have 3 others i could substitute: pink pallies, orange centered, and two tones (green in white light - gold under actinic) but these are nice, each with 10 or more polyps. the pink in the pink fires doesn't really show up. the shroom has about 4 babies on it too!

I tried taking a pic of mine, but my cam just can't get the colors or the clarity of close up shots. I'll keep trying to see if I can get them to turn out better.

I figured out how to take descent pictures w/ a crappy cam! :strip
If anyone else has a hard time with a crap cam, I used a magnifying glass and took the pic from a little farther back, and they turned out pretty good!

those look awesome - and they look HUGE - A LOT bigger then the frags i sent out to you especially that last one - that almost looks like a small colony - can't wait to get them under my lights!!! i'm psyched are you cutting them or are those the WYSIWYG "frags"? and if they are that big compared to mine when you get them don't worry about the 5th........we'll call it even - just consider the shroom the equalizer!

Those are WYSIWYG frags. Yeah that shroom is going to be great! :loveface I almost bought a blue shroom right before this frag swap was announced, but something told me not to. Glad I waited! The 1st and 3rd frags are smaller sized about 15-20+ polyps, and the 2nd and 4th frags are large, probably 50+ polyps (probably alot more). What kind of lights do you have? I'm looking for an upgrade and I like the color you get in your tank. I checked the tracking on the frags and they are here in San Antonio already, I'm going to pick them up at lunch! :clapping:

WOW! they are huge - i hope yours arrived and are good to go.....
i have zoas under 3 different lighting schemes 130W PC in a 10g - nice but not all there....... 175W 14K - very nice color thats where they were before i moved them to take that pic. They were in my 125 for a day in that pic where they get very indirect MH 10K, PC 10K and VHO actinic. The VHO actinic is what makes the colors so nice.....IMO you can't beat VHO sup to any other source. My favorite lighting combo by far is VHO actinic mixed with 10 K MH - beats all other combinations i have tried hands down!!! i will be placing some of yours on a mixed zoa rock i have started in the 125 with the VHO and the rest on a mixed zoa rock i have going in the figi under 14K MH/PC actinic. shrooms are only in my 125 and if i keep them down low they get 3-4" around easy and color real nice. that blue shroom will probably look more purple then blue under PC only
