Nice!!! Wonder if they had it in white. :D

Kris- "The white one is good for adapters and stuff" ....How about the black power strip? Arent they suppose to be the same except for (forgot)...and color? I would prefer the black color but the white one has an extra feature the black doesnt have.

It doesn't matter. I prefer the black because it's not white. White turns that funky color over time (yellowish smoking color). It's weird. Once you go black, you never go back. In terms of computer stuff that is. Black just looks better to me.

Go with the black, don't worry about the other feature. They both are almost identical and achieve the same goal. Plus those nice plug dongle things will look great :)

Btw, if you do the black one - you have to get the dongles that DO NOT have the extra outlet.

Heres why - the black power strip has all the outlets in a row (the ground - third prong) is above the next outlet. If you do the dongles with the extra outlet, you will defeat the purpose because the cord comes out of the side. Make sense?

The way the dongle with extra outlet plugs in, it will block an outlet.

I see what you mean....Yeah I prefer black. I was thinking of the white one and just paint it black. I always keep a can of matte black spray paint handy. I may just get the black one instead. I'll check them out again.

walmart and lowes carry as do the office supply stores
power strips in black that have the normal outlets on them.
but on the sides they take the adapter size plugs , so you can plug 6 regular plugs
and 6 adapters in I got one for 2.99 at a close out store and have a ton of them here

I would stay away from "off brand" power strips. You want a name brand surge protector instead.

sadielynn - those are great for plugging in items that just need power, like phone chargers, battery charges, clocks etc etc.
