Nanocube powerhead nozzle options?

I wanted to know if there s anything available that will turn my single output nozzle on my 24 nanocube into a dual output. Im thinking like on the bigger tanks, that adjustable plastic balls and sockets. Or is it just another figure it out and DIY??

I went to a LFS, they had a 12 aquapod with the right attachment. They also had some pieces of it, but no output nozzles. I think our outputs are 1 1/2 inches, but Ill make sure. I also found this

The stuff is called loc-line and the nanocube should have a 1/2" diameter IIRC.

I have seen people make their own, just need to make sure that if you are gluing anything together it is marine safe. You can buy the loc-line and an assortment of attachments for the ends.
