At the bottom there are low flow pumps. These pumps have a built-in chiller and with a decent heater you should be able to keep the tank cool. $15 is a lot cheaper than $200-$300 for a controlled chiller. Even if I have to get another heater to keep up with it, it will be cheaper than a normal chiller so I'm willing to try it. I have one of the cat watering dishes in the photo and it keeps the water chilled and it's a JBJ pump. I figure that it's worth a shot.
