Wow a sponge and an anemone in a 9 week old tank. both are rather difficult to care for, (the condy being one of the hardier anemones) and require pristine water conditions.

Liking that rockwork; lots of places to attach corals to, but keep in mind, that anemone is going to move about and has the potential to grow to about 15".

oooh LTA - in that case you are looking at an anemone that has the potential to reach 3'. I just removed one from my 30 cube because it had grown from 3" to 10" in about 8 months and was stinging some of my corals.

did you have any problems getting it out? I had to remove 80% of the LR in my 30 to get to that darn thing. It had scooted itself completely under the LR it was attatched to. PITA!

Memphis,

Nice set up I like the way your rocks tower to the top like a pyramid. Gives you a different look which is nice. Have you given it some thought to upgrade your lights?

If you haven't already you should take a look at my pics. I did do an upgrade and have been loving the small investment.

stock lighting ??

Is that the stock lighting? I asked about keeping anemones on here, and got a major no no on that with the stock lighting. I hope you have more than the stock 48watts. i heard and read they are light hungry and from my brother I heard they'll do laps around your tank to find a decent spot where it could get some lighting. I think a long tenacle plate coral would be nice, it at least resembles one and it stays where you put it :)
