Weekly water changes if I am doing things the way I should, but sometimes I do them every other week. As far as giving the corals things I have ricordias which have mouths. So every once in a while (1-2 times a month) I'll give them a mysis shrimp. For my 90 gallon tank I feed a small bit of cyclopeeze once or twice a week.

Looks like a bristle worm to me... beneficial detrivore.

Yeppers. Don't touch it with you bare hands. That doesn't appear to be the REALLY painful ones, but still can sting you.

Don't know if this is even relevant but I have 12gal with 4 x 9W compact bulbs and it seems to support a lot especially the Montipora. I do not run any bio media or carbon but carbon seems to always help and never hurt. Hope all works well and by the way there are some cool!!!! looking Gorganian bushes that grow about 30Km south of San Felipe Mexico and there are also about 100 million margarita snails there as well but I have never had the pleasure to put any of these in an aquarium.
