sorry such a lousy pic. 1st off, crappy cam to work with here. Second, i finally figured out how to pic. Me forest gump! The tank really doesn't show any yellow in person, so I don't get the yellow on the pic.
just move the xenia to the top and that should take care of that problem. I notice if they down low, they like to spread and head up, if they already up, they kinda keep things under control Very nice pics, has great potential
thats a good idea guys. I was thinking of just fragin the mess when it gets out of control and bring it in for credit. Good idea? Got some new stores in town that need specimens...so I figured what the hell.
Running a simple A/C 30 with prefilter and some namebrand "tank coal"
used to have another a/c as a refuge but the calerpa went berserk and I said to hell with it. Now just running a sea clown. But it works fine for me. skims the nasty ish. Better than using my mouth.
ya know, this last year their was more evap during the summer months than of lately. I will have to see if it has changed or not. Usually I add about a gal. every two to three days. This is ofcourse the heaviest amount of evaporation that were talking here. But in like the winter and spring so far has pretty mild. Usually under a gallon every week or week and a half. thanks for the comments. any critique is cool just dont be an idiot child with snive remarks. Everyone here is really cool about that so far. Thanks again. 8)
Ah hell no! Dj your awesome. the people here have been totally cool. And helpful as well. I spent this last week tinkering with the pico and the nano, scraping coralline and doing water changes. The nano looks absolutely marvelous. the guys in my reefclub love it! I even got some new frags for free! Yippee. Can you say orange skirt zoos. Bright mint zoos and a new green ric. Yeah! Anyway, thanks all for your help.
