my water levels are as follows Nitrate = 0 -- Nitrite = 0 -- Ammonia = 0 :mrgreen: :lol: :D :) :group :yippee :partyt :ipeace

but i am still going to wait 3-4 days then should i do a small water change or just add the clean-up crew??

I would add them by dripping them to the tank the use that as you water change ... like this drip for triple water volume add then run in fresh salt water so it acts as a water change ..at any point now you can add your cleaning crew :mrgreen:

I would go ahead and get into the habit of weekly water changes now. Remember to add livestock slowly allowing your tank to stabilize between additions.

Congratulations.... your almost there......CLEANING CREW time......as skimp said go slow wait a week after your cleaning crew and add a fish then another week and so on so your tank can stabilize........ so im glad you are there......yuuuuuupppppppppyyyyyyyyyy

that is always a good feeling...it is a long long wait for that cycle to end....one of the hardest parts of reefing!!

ok i picked up my clean-up crew today and i got 3 nassarious 3 astrea and 3 hermits hop i did not over do it but i finally have something moving in my tank :mrgreen:



P.S
oh and i will be borrowing a digi cam next week so i will have pics

don't know yet but more then likely i will bring home the clown first :poisson

i am going with the True Percula Clownfish also it has been 3 days with my cleaning crew and my lvls are stable so maybe another week before i add the clown

Your on your way now. You will notice more of an effect on your parameters by the addition of fish, inverts tend to produce less waste. Remain patient and keep your eyes on your parameters like you are doing and you should have your tank stocked the way you want it before you know it.
