remove everything into buckets with water from the tanks. remove as much water before as possible. the nano shouldn't be a big issue moving it with a little water and some sand so i wouldn't disturb the sand (assuming you have sand). For a short trip you shouldn't need any type of water movement assuming that you move them pretty quickly and don't let them sit for hours before you transport them after they have been moved from the tank. good luck and congrats on moving.
