Hey Reefers,

Yeah the title says it all. My wife and I are placing our Condo on the market and moving...

We out grew our 2 bedroom unit and are looking at this really nice 4 bedroom townhouse...

For those of you that are near the SF bay area, spread out the news, nice cozy 2 bedroom condo in Union City...

Here is a couple of pics of my place...

Yeah Ed,

The kitchen is nano kitchen too small for us... Moving will be very hard for my big tank...

I don't know if this move is going to knock out my nano tank for sure. Our budget just got tight to make this move possible...

Soon I will see if my nano goes on the market, what a shame but you all know the drill, some sacrifices have to be made...

yup, it's hard. Sandra is still trying to get rid of the 12 gallon jbj cube. I can't even imagine how you go about relocating that big ol tank you got. Good luck.

Mike,
When I sold my restaurant a couple of years ago, I set up a "storage tank" at another location and when my new house was done, I slowly took stuff out as I needed. It just seemed easier then trying to move the whole mess at once.
When you find the new place, be sure to have the extra electrical outlets added before you set up the tank, it really makes life easier around the tank. Good luck with your new place.

Hi Ed,

Our new home is pending; on the sale of our condo or I refinance buy the new home then give my Realtor one more month to keep my condo on the market.

The owner of the home I purchased didn't give me enough days to sale my condo; so I will either lose it if the condo doesn't sell in the alloted time.

That is why refinancing my condo would allow me to purchase the new one and hope to sell my condo in the next month.

It's a calculated risk but worth it to me becuase my new home is gorgeous and a lot bigger than my Condo, not to mention I will finally have AC throughout the home, yeah for me and my fish.

uhhh good luck with it Mike... i know marketing is really slow right know over here in long beach everything is getting really cheap alot of sellers and not enough buyers... so i guess the market will still go down here... all i can say is good luck you will make it... and to get something in life we always have to risk something...

Yeah,

You cannot compare a 1986 two bedroom 1 full bath condominium to a 1998 four bedroom 3 full bath townhouse....

Not to mention they are in two totally different cities; our newer home in a much higher class city than our previous, there isn't any comparison on Union City vs Castro Valley in the canyons....

If all turns out, my fish wife and I will be moving into this sweet home this Friday. Now Steven and Sandra will have a guest bedroom to stay in while giving the other room to Eddie and our Dog Paris can have his room....

We'll all have a room and a bathroom...
