Maroon Clown

will a Maroon clown take to an anemone not fo its color?, im sure purple, pink and red will be no problem but what about one of those green tnetacled ritari with the blue bases, or something along those lines, just wondering, il probably just give him a purple bubble tip once I find one, anyone know where to go for one?

The Ritteri or Mag. Anenome in my reference materials doesnt mention this as a host in the wild or captivity for a Maroon Clown. From my personal opinion I think a BTA or RBTA would be a great choice and will host as many as 14 different varities of Clownfish, the Maroon Clown being one of them of course. The RBTA's are smoking hot and with the flood of them on the market at the moment way cheaper than when I bought one!!! The Corkscrew Tenticle Anenome, Adhesive Anenome, Sebae Anenome in addition to the BTA's and RBTA's should host your clown no problem.
