The theme of this month's contest is for you to show us your best crab photo. There are numerous crab species out there so you will need to get creative with this one. Try to capture the perfect shot while utilizing the corals in your tank. First place will have their choice of two (2) of the following: Seachem Reef Iodide (raises Iodide), Reef Calcium (maintains calcium & accelerates coral growth) or Reef Buffer (raises pH to 8.3). Second place will receive what first place does not pick.
Both bottles are 8.5 fl oz. The Reef Buffer is 8.8 oz. Now is your chance to show off your photography skills! Next month will feature a different theme. Get your cameras out and get snapping.
How it works:
The deadline for submitting your photo is March 23, 2005 and we will only be accepting the first 25 entries for the contest. If we don't have 25 entires by that date, we will vote on the number of entries received by that date. All members will vote on the entries to determine the best photo until midnight March 31, 2005. The member with the most votes is the first place winner. The member with the second most votes is the second place winner. In the event of a tie, the member with the highest post count (the more active member) at the end of the voting period will be the winner. We will ship the prizes to the winner at our expense immediately after the contest.
The rules:
Only one entry per member. The photo must be taken of inhabitants from your personal tank. You must be an active member of Nanotank.com and have at least 15 posts on the site before the final voting day to enter. Moderators and site sponsors cannot enter the contest. I will only ship to the continental US. If the winner resides elsewhere, they are responsible for their own shipping. I reserve the right to change/modify/cancel any part of this contest at any time for any reason. Nanotank.com reserves the right to display your photo or use it in any means it so desires from that point forward.
How to enter:
Email the photo entry to [email protected]
Type March Photo Contest, NT member name in the email subject.
Try to keep photos at 400W x 300H. I can resize them if need be.
