none in your area or you can't afford it? As far as I know, the live sand is relatively cheap to buy, especially if you just need a cup.

It's just a buck or two a pound at a local store. It'll cost you more to pay someone to ship it than it would to just get some at a store.

No stores around here sell it in a cup. Or are even willing to give me some. I don't want a whole bag because I already have sand and a whole bag around here is like $30. So thats my delima. :?

Kinds cold this time of year to be shipping LS anyway. I generally ship 2-3 day priority when shipping LS and it runs around $8 or so.

Northern VA. The reef store I go to sells LS from the Tampa Bay area for $2.50 a pound, but it's not the sugar sized stuff. Kinda rubbly.

Post to RC in the WTS/WTB forum that you're looking for a cup of live sand and put your area in your post. There's gotta be some other saltwater keepers near you that would sell or give you a cup of live sand.
