Live Rock HELP!!

I have been researching the Saltwater aquarium for months, and so far now I am ready to go, with the exception of LIVE Rock purchase. Suggestions? Would prefer to use the aquacultured variety, but there are a LOT of retailers with the stuff, and is difficult to even guess which are worth their weight. Resommendations?

Please take a look at my website and examine the live rock that I use. If it's going to be a small tank, it's a good idea to get the very best, full of purple coraline.

I like branch live rock because it's easier to pack together as you build it.

Mike, thank you for your reply. Love your website. Your tanks are beautiful. I have a 27 gallon cube tank. And your live rock is awesome! Am a little intimidated by the live rock and the fear that I may harm it or heaven forbid, kill it. Ethical, reputable suppliers you suggest? I have looked at more than 20, and several of them SOUND good, but on the internet you can say whatever you want, etc. Your opinion?

Lisa,

How much live rock do you need? As a retailer I can ship out ground live rock hand picked by me at a really good rate.

But if you need a lot, it might be cheaper to purchase it from a LFS.

We use UPS ground and have a reduced rate...

On a side note, I just put on sale our 3 gallon pico glass tank for $15.99.

Here is a pic...

If you have any friends that would like this type of tank, have them go to my site and pick one up. I only have 3 left...

It's 12L x 7W x 8H

Let me know....
