Have a positive remark on this company. I ordered my cube and it had a bad ballast. Called JBJ after the place I ordered the cube from said I needed to go through JBJ to get the warranty.
While I did play some phone tag, they sent a new ballast and two new PC bulbs incase they were faulty. The tank works perfectly with the new ballast and I got two repacement bulbs to boot. Very happy with the outcome.
My only beef is that I tried to buy my Cube direct form JBJ but they couldnt ship to Canada. this really scared me when I was trying to get my warranty to be honored. Fortunatlely they came through.
