Since Early August I have been trying to purchase a replacement electronic ballast for my 12 Gallon Nanocube. None of the JBJ distributors I contacted could or wanted to help. E-mails to JBJ were answered with the note: "Please contact our Support line". I made numerous calls to the support line and never got to talk to anyone. None of my messages were ever returned.
I understand that a $20.00 order would not be a priority for them. But, why don't they have a place on their web site where orders can be placed? If they do not sell directly to consumers, then why can't they refer me to a dealer that can help me?
I think their service stinks!
Later this year I will set up my 55 gallon tank for salt water, possibly a reef tank. I will not be looking to JBJ products for my lighting.
