If I am not mistaken they use imperial gallons in the UK which are slightly larger, kinda like comparing a liter to a quart but this time metrics aren't involved.

An Imperial gallon which is used in UK is 1.2 US Customary gallons so the difference is not insignificant. A 50 gal tank in UK is a 60 gal tank in US. So JakeM's 5 UK gal tank is a 6 US gal tank. Now if you hadn't kicked out poor old King George III you could have had big gallons too :mrgreen:

Thanks for clarifying that for me. I wouldn't mind using imp;erial gallons at the gas pumps as long as the prices don't go up to match the extra quantity. :twisted:

I wish we all would just use the metric system. It makes life so much easier and it actually makes sense

IM with you in that... suck spending $25 every week on gas....


back to fish question, i think if you stick with 2 cromis are a nice choice but too bad you didnt get 2 different variations so could look more colorful lol :pom
