Well it has been a while since I have posted here, and almost just as long since I have had a tank set-up. I couldn't stand not having a tank set-up, so I have decided to set-up a new 5.5 gallon AIO which I made a custom overflow for, so I can keep as much equipment out of the viewing space as possible. So the Setup:

Built overflow
Painted overflow black

Siliconed overflow to the tank
2/19/10
Did some small silicone on tank for spots that didn’t look like they got enough to hold the water in.
Put together the return pump & Line
Dremel out a small half moon to hold the return nozzle in place.
Cleaned up rock, and started piecing aquascape together

Light came in.
2/27/10
Bought Stand & Light fixture
Spray painted back of Tank.
Water tested tank.
2/28/10
My light went out, BOO!!! But nick @ nanotuners was quick to help.
Added salt and sand and now tank cycles.
