I have pix, if you could tell me how to post them on this site.
You have to host your pics somplace that allows remote linking.
I use photobucket.com, but there are several sites out there. Once you have your images uploaded/hosted somewhere you just it the IMG button paste in the tag for your image, then hit the IMG button again. There's some more info here.

They also have very small heaters called junior heaters at Walmart. Unfortunately several people seem to have problems with them. But then they seem to have problems with many of the smaller heaters. The Hagen heaters come in 25w, and 50w, in the 6inch size. I found them on marinedepot.com. The junior heaters are evidently smaller in size, but they are not adjustable, so if you decide to try it I'd try a container of water that's the same volume as your tank to see how high it's gonna raise the temp before sticking it in there. I kept finding pics/threads that mentioned having 5w heaters but the smallest one that I could find a name for was the junior from walmart, and I believe it's 7.5w. Another possibility for a 1 and under gallon tank would be setting it on a reptile warmer/heater. I read a few comments about people doing that on nano-reef, but didn't see anything that mentioned names or brands or anything. I believe that some of the pico tanks in the CORAL magazine mentioned do this as well.

I'll have to check out the heater at wal-mart and see what's up. As I am MR. EXPERIMENTATION, I am sure to try it first. I'll let you know.

Thanks incysor

I'll find a site when I have the time.

I know that Petsmart has a 25 watt 6" heater ( about $13.00) but they were out of stock when I stopped by there today.

My toughest question is my Catalina Gobies love the cold water but my polyps aren't doing as well as they did when it was warmer. My Mushrooms look great though. My other fish would probably like it alittle warmer. Unfortunately I can't move them to any of my other tanks.

My other reef tank (24 gallons) has Arabian Pseudos in it and they would tear apart my Hi fin Gobies(Stonogobiops nematodes).

Yep, can't warm the water up or the catalina will definitely not make it, and I agree that there's a very good chance that your pseudos will kill the gobies if you move them. You could at least move the polyps if you think the colder temp is affecting them.

I am doing some improvements to my 26 gallon tank ( adding a 22 gallon sump and skimmer), I will move all of my polyps there when it's done. I'll leave all the gobies in the pico tank. The 26 gallon will also have a refugium to grow caulerpa.

So I will probably skip on the heater for the pico, cuz its better for my Catalina Gobies.
