How to use the shoutbox?

I see the shoutbox, but when I click to go into it, it says I am not authorized to be in that section....

So, how do i use it????

First thing is that you have to be logged in. If you go to the main portal page and it says "log in" then you are not logged in. Once that is established, go to the Nanotank Menu on the left, down five to Shoutbox and click it. That should be it. Let me know if you're still having problems.

At Jennie and Edgray's request the shoutbox was brought back a few days ago. om
