:lovya: Today I siphoned out all My water and added in water from my bf's 110 GALLON tank...hopefully this will help out the curing of my rocks!

You will still have a long cycle since the rock is not cured this probably wont make a diffrence as there will still be die off :)

naw just patients just patients some folks us a table shrimp for that found at the local grocers but you have plenty to do that for you . The only thing for you to do now is hurry up and wait :mrgreen:

He has about 300lbs. of rock in his tank :poisson

usually with time they will spread if they are healthy and do so on their own :mrgreen: corals will not spread if something is off so have him check his levels

wow, you are quick. I was going to tell you to get the surface skimmer. A protien skimmer is needed on a 6g really.

I would recommend the surface skimmer even if you decided on a PS. You made a fast decision though, luckily it was the right one IMO.

Well some will agree on that getting a protein skimmer for your 6G but in my opinion i think you will do fine with weekly water changes...

Weekly water changes are all that is needed in a nano, the surface skimmer is a great addition to keep a film from forming on your water. You made the right choice.

:eek:pps Oh my goodness! I should really check my posts! I meant to say " A protien skimmer is NOT needed on a 6g really". Weekly water changes will work just fine. Sorry about the confusion. You made the right choice IMO.
