i looked for like an hour last night, all i found was two crabs that had dark pinchers and i got them out................they walked the plank :twisted:

Did these things come out of nowhere and just infest your tank?!? One day you just have tons of these things? It sounds like they are breeding now...hopefully you will be able to catch them all soon.

Being I only have them in my 6.6 Bookshelf and a couple in the nanocube 6, I am guessing that they arrived on the live rock, which I bought for those two tanks.

In the nanocube 6, I caught a few large ones and that was pretty much the end of it, but the 6.6 Bookshelf is killing me. I am guessing that before I caught the larger ones, they had a chance to lay eggs and now I am in the process of catching the babies......

I started using a tweezer to pick them off the zoos, but have come up with a much batter and faster method. I have hooked airline tubing to a piece of rigid tubing and I am using it like a vacuum. Instead of scooping out my 10% water change each day, now I am vacuuming out these blasted buggers. I think I got every last egg with the nudi vac....

Oh and make that....

58 plus eggs...

:yippee for the nudi vaccum thats i great idea just in case if someone of us get the same luck hopefully know but something i didnt mention about the eggs .... dickie what eye you got :shock: i could never seen that..... more if they were in the back of the rock.....
