Yep in a couple of the tanks there appeared to be a little bit of cyano on the sandbed in the front of the tank. Basically if they put a powerhead or two in the tanks facing that direction it would be gone.Jennie said:Again, very nice pictures. It just frustrates me to no end to live in BFE. Cyano is really easy to deal with...More flow will usually get rid of the problem. If it's on the sand bed you can just siphon it out. There's also a product out that I've used a few times called chemi-clean. It comes in a small white bottle for about $15. It has a tiny spoon and it doesn't take much to treat a tank. I haven't seen any adverse reactions from corals, anemones, octopus, or fish. But the cyano sure doesn't like it.
