Fox Coral Sick or splitting

A couple of weeks ago, I purchased a fox coral from seacrop, it is a real nice frag with only one head. The coral has been fully opened since i placed him in the aquarium, i have it close to the top of the tank where it receives maximum lighting and he has done wonderful. All my parameters are correct. This afternoon however, it looked shriveled up, but i noticed two additional mouths that have appeared on it. Is it possible that it is getting ready to split or is it sick?

Unfortunately I am technologically challenged and do not currently have a digital camera to take a pic. Any ideas? :?:
