yea a hammer should do fine in this system - my rec though is not the E. ancora species but rather the E. panancora. they tend to be a bit hardier and their branching form allows you to control the growth through fragging cuz hammers are real stingers and are capable of producing very long sweeper tenticles so in smaller tanks its best to have the branching types. they can be a bit fussy at first so you may have to move it around (no more then 1x/week) till you find a spot it likes and opens fully

HEY SKIP! I saw my blue banded coral shrimp today for the first time!!!! It's been four weeks, and I barely saw his claw darting in and out of a cave a few times, but there can be no denying it is alive and well!!!

? Am I checking the tank at all hours... yes. You see come cool stuff under those moon lights.

When I squirted those brine shrimp in they were like fireflies. It was so cool, so amazing...
