Fast days

In keeping FW fish it is usually regarded as good practice to have one, or even two, fast days per week. Does this apply to SW fish too?

fixed your definition. Occasionally I will miss a feeding and it doesn't affect anything (other than their appetite. It's good to help control algae a bit too.

I only feed my fish 2-3 times per week... It depends on the fish you are keeping. Some fish such as anthias need food 1-2x/day... other fish are less needy.
