About 2 months ago (Feb 04) I purchased about 5 lbs of Marshall Island cured 'nanorock' from http://www.premiumaquatics.com/. The price was reasonable at $3.49/lb and the packaging was great. At the same time I ordered a 32wX2 CSL PC retro kit for my 5.5 nano. I had found a vendor online which was appox. $15 cheaper and they matched the price instantly which was nice.
The order came pretty quickly to my house but upon further inspection, I realized that they forgot to send me the little metal PC lamp clamps which physically hold the light in place and also forgot to send me the PC bulbs. I talked to Jason that night (6 PM) and he sent both items out the next day hassle-free. They have great customer service, great prices, fast shipping and will actually answer their phone. I've heard from other people that they have also forgot to send them something from their order but sent it out right away. I guess we're all human. So all in all, I would recommend Premium Aquatics to anyone. :lol:
