Well this company has a wonderful to deal with customer service section. I purchased a light (2x40 watt current CF) and it came with a bad bulb. A simple call and I had a free replacement that arrived in two days free of charge. They even went through a couple troubleshooting steps to ensure I did not have a faulty ballast. Really nice people.

Glad to hear it. I have ordered from them many times but never had to deal with customer service. I am happy to hear that if I ever need them they care about their customers and not just the sale.
