I'm probably going to get a Current USA Solana Tank ( http://current-usa.com/solana.html ) < Link...

Well my provider will tell me pretty much everything i need to know but couldn't i basically take some sand, live rock, and water from my 95 gallon tank? Maybe like 5 pounds of sand and 1 or 2 rocks? then my next water change water can go into the new tank as well right?? So it should only take like a week to cycle or so if i did that, correct?

It can take a week it can take 3-4 weeks it is all base off the spikes which are made frome the die off. if its just a quick one tank to another kinda thing then you will probly have no die off at all and so most likley no cycle since it will allready be cycle stuff in the first place. But id not use sand frome your 95 you may hit a pocket of somthing sturing it up and crash your 95.

Also if your talking about the live rock in your other post 95.. You all ready dont have much rock in it. So id not take any out as it is

You only really need about a cup of sand to seed any sand in your new tank. If you don't mind rinsing sand then get normal aragonite sand and then add that one cup to make it live. (or just buy new live sand).
