Cube Master's 12 Gallon Vs. JBJ 12 Gallon DX

My girlfriend and I just recently purchased a Cube Master's brand 12 gallon Nano tank. We debated buying the JBJ 12 gallon Deluxe Nano but after seeing multiple other Cube Master tanks already set up we decided to go with the Cube Master's brand. The one and only issue we are experiencing is the tank is only on it's second day of running and it seems to be running too warm. With that we pulled the adjustable heater out and it still seems to be running around 80 to 83 and that is with only the blue light on. What can we do to lower the overall temp down to around 78? I can't see spending money on a chiller for something this small but we're running out of idea's and just wanted to see if anyone else has had similar problems and how they fixed said problem. Thanks in advance.

I'm not familiar with your tank.
But if your having a heat problem, first I would determine where the heat is coming from. What is the temp of the room the tank is in? is the tank in sunlight which could be contributing to the heat?
Probably the heat is coming from a pump if you don't have the lights on.
One way is a fan like Alex mentioned but you will have top off the tank more often that way.
One question I have is what do you have in your tank that you want it 78? what is wrong with 80-83? Most things in the ocean that can handle 78 can handle 80 just fine
