I also have a question about the filteration system. Since i have a freshwater tank already i'm transforming it to saltwater and the filteration system i wanna get is the Eclipse Marinland Filteration top that comes with the light system already. Would this be ok and will i still have to get a Powerhead Pump?

I just got the 11lb nano live rock from marinedepotlive.com I am very happy with the quality and price. The rock is uncured so you will have to cure it. I posted pics of the rock on the vendor feedback board if you want to take a look. It was $50 shipped.

A note to Eddys list, avoid cleaner wrasses, they are obligate feeders and starve when they run out of parasites to eat. I can't beleive he didn't mention gobies and clownfish as good fish for his list.
You can use the Eclipse filter but you would just want to run carbon or another media in it. You would also still most likely need a powerhead because the flow from the filter is spread to the point it doesn't make a current.
Carribean LR is fine, it is very dense so a 5 lb. piece of it will be smaller than 5 lb. of one of the less dense rocks like Pukani, Figi, Tonga, etc. Other than color and location it seems density is one of the biggest differences in liverock.
