Confused about live rock and cycling!!!

I am so confused about live rock and cycling, so let me ask you guys this. Should I buy uncured live rock and put it in my tank as soon as I put the water in it to let it cure and get the tank cycling?
Or buy cured live rock and put it in after the tank cycles?
Just bought a 39 CADLIGHTS signature. Also do I put live rock rubble in the fuge? And how much in the fuge?

Cured live rock means you can place it in a tank with water on day 1, recommended you use live sand with the cured live rock. Your tank will be ready to go within a day or two depending on filtration and skimmer.
