I have a 29 gallon bio cube it has been set up for just over 3 weeks. I have had a problem with it being cloudy every since it has been set up. I don't have much live stock in it yet just the basic clean up crew 2 clowns 1 fire shrimp. Any suggestions on how to clear it up or should I just let the natural running of the tank to take care of it. I also did the first water change tonight.any suggestions are welcome.Oh if it helps my bio balls are out and I am running live rock rubble with the water parameters all good.

Thanks.

Few things could be causing the cloudiness...

-Calcium addition
-PH/Alkalinity buffer addition
-Not allowing new salt water batches to fully dissolve
-Beneficial bacteria in the water column (What I'm assuming is happening with yours)
-Shrimp molting (and allowing old shell to sit for weeks)

...and I'm sure there's plenty more possible causes that the experts here can point out. If levels are fine, I wouldn't worry at all... I mean, unless your tank is in a white haze to a point you can barely see anything through the thick cloud, then I strongly doubt anything is wrong... Let your tank stabilize and continue your water change routine, and that water should become crystal clear... (atleast that's how mine turned out).
