syphon off as much of the gunk as you can then direct lots of flow at the coral. It may die anyway, but you can only try.

be sure that it is actually brown jelly and not just the coral expelling zooanthellae as a result of stress. If it is stringy and brown it is zoo.

Eek, not good. Carefully siphon off what you can. Isolate this coral if possible, as there may be a chance other corals can get this if they are stressed or weak. Freshwater iodine dips may help... And of course, make sure water quality is optimal. Best of luck~
