i have a 24gal aqua pod that is being over ran by brissle worms and even in my filter area. my spongs, carbon sock and even my glass cleaner. so some people say they are harmless and from what i have read but is there anything i can do that will cut back on the population. My wife and i have just found another living thing in our tank tonite as well. i now have what looks like tiny little white/clear with just little dark spot crabs running all over the sand. so tiny i cant get a picture of them to so you guys. any opions would be great.

I have some bristle worms in my tank now and actually woke up to two hermit crabs playing tug of war to eat it.

I was told to pick them out with tweesers, but they sting and freak me out so Im going to pray my hermit crabs eat more of them up. Ive only seen two so far but Im sure theres more.

I'd say that bristle worms are generally a good thing for a healthy tank. They provide biodiversity and also do other good things in any tank. Unless they are consistently being bad tank mates, I'd keep all I could get.

Not sure what the other tiny things are in the tank??

Ive recently found 2 BIGGGGGG worms.
They are freaking me out and Im going to buy one of those traps to try and get them out, I have a lot and i wouldn't mind losing a dozen of them.

The little guys can stay, they seem harmless.
