Bio Cube - Size 14

I have started a Bio Cube size 14 and have the cured live rock in it and am wondering what the next step would be and how long I would need to cycle the tank. I have kept salt tanks before but always cycled my tanks with fish and never live rock. Am I doing this correctly and how long do I need to give the tank before I will be able to start putting in some soft corals and the like.
