No I havent. The only thing that I tried (and it worked very well) was Joe's Juice.

Let us know the end results with lemon juice.

I've used vinegar (which is the same principal) on a clients tank and it worked great. I'd frown on using lemon juice as it can actually do harm to your tank by polluting it from possible additives as well as the shear composition. Vinegar, although a weaker acid (acetic), is also found to lower pH so it should be used sparingly.

Good to hear you're happy with the results. Be careful with the bits floating around, you may end up with more in the end.

Well it's been about 9 hours and every one of them that I injected is a mass of stringy aiptasia...muhahaha *evil laugh*

Here are the ingredients of the lemon juice:
Lemon Juice from concentrate (lemon juice & filtered water)
Sodium Bisulfite
Sodium Benzoate
Natural Lemon Oil

what do you guys think? Anything harmful in there?

Just keep an eye on the rest of the tank for a bit. The amount is small so nothing may become of it but watch the skimmer and possible ensuing sulphur dioxide from the sodium bisulfate.

Cheap and easy way is to use kalkwasser and make a water paste just like joe's juice. Works 100% as long as you can slowly fill their mouth full of the paste! Same as joe's juice but alot cheaper!

It seems that some peppermints eat the aiptasia and some dont. My personal experience has been positive with peppermints eating aiptasia.
