aiptasia on glass or something else?

ok i'm in a panic because i've heard aiptasia is a nightmare. I just noticed last night my glass covered with white specks. I'm guessing the worst. I know peppermint shrimp eat them when small, but they can't climb up the glass, right? so what do i do with the ones on the glass so they don't attach and spread before the shrimp can get them? i don't have a pic until i get home, but want tobe as preemptive as possible. last piece of coral i got was a star polyp a over 2 weeks ago and nothing else has changed. water chem fine. is there anything else that would be white, like little lice, on the glass? they do seem to move a bit on the glass. i don't see any aiptasia on the rocks....

i panic easily! help!

ok, so as i said, i panic easily. i called my pet store guy and he thinks they're copies, particularly since they're moving and don't seem to have any hairy appendages. so thanks in advance, but i think i'm ok for now. i still don't have fish, perhaps it's time to get one so he can eat some of these? hmmm...
