It is very hard to keep them in check. They will start to pop up everywhere and get out of hand. Do you have a picture of the anemones in your tank?

Use Joe's juice and nuke them. I had four of them too then it turned into 8 then their everywhere. I have a 66 gallon and I think I'll never get rid of them since their behind rocks that I can't get to!

The pepermint shrimp will get rid of them.

Got 3 pepermints shrimps, now I got no aiptasia that I can see.

If you decide t get a pepper mint shrimp, make sure that you have no other more dominant shrimp in there or else they will force the Pepermint o hide out and he wont do much. In that case it is nice to have the Joes juice. I have used it a few time and it is quite interesting how fast they get nuked. It wont hurt any thing else, just make sure you shut off alll your power heads and stop the pump. that just makes the stuf go all over the place.

you can also hit them with boiling water in a turkey baster a few times. I did this about 2 months ago and haven't seen them since. Just make sure you use water from your tank and keep clear of all other livestock. Good luck.

You can do that too but its just a pain. Joe's juice come with a pin point injector that fit right into their mouth. Just stick it in there and it will close up on the injector and let them have it! If it does get on any corals just wave it off and their fine. I heard not to do too many at a time....

I've used Joe's & it seems that every few weeks they'd be popping up again. Added the peppermint shrimp & haven't seen once since!!
