Adjustable Nano Skimmer

Reicieved my new Skimmer the other day. Put it in the tank today. The problem Im having is I dont understand the level thing. The chambers in the back are rather low (Right two chambers) The center chamber should be flowing over the top into the sump right? The center and the sump are the same height, This doesn't make sence too me? The filtration should move threw the skimmer into the first chamber, down and up threw the live rock in the second chamber, then over the top of the second chamber into the sump, Right. Any info or sugestions would help. Thanks Henry.

I think there is a cut-out near the middle of the wall seperating the second chamber from the third. You also may want to add more water to get the level in the chambers up some.

if talking about a surface skimmer you just have to push it down until you see perfect balance between all the cambers....
