Hey all,

I wasn't sure where this post should go, so I figured I'd put it in the general area cause it'd get the most attention.

I've been absent for many months now, but I'm hoping to be able to poke my head in more often in the next few months. Lots of changes in my world, not all bad, or all good, but all stressful, and time consuming.

Anyway, I'll get into that later, the reason I wanted to post was that hellolights is having a sale on their 96w cf bulbs, including the 50/50 quad bulbs that lots of nano folks use, so I thought it might be useful.

Thanks guys. I've really missed everyone on here, but things have been so hectic that I haven't had time to visit any of the forums much, or really do anything hobby-related other than just the very minimum maintenance on the tanks.

Long story short. In January my boss, (and friend), got another job. They decided not to replace him, so the four of us that are left have gotten a lot more work heaped on us. There are some fairly large changes industry-wide that are coming up in December and we've been scrambling to try to figure out how we're gonna address the changes. Lots of meetings, learning new jobs, wearing multiple hats, etc... Fun.

While work has been super busy, my private life has been even more stressful. In April, Shannen decided that she wanted a divorce. She's decided that our goals just aren't in synch anymore, and splitting now will preserve our friendship. I agree with her, and it's about as amicable as this type of situation can be, but it's still very sad, and difficult. I'll be moving in with a friend for awhile to save some money, and I'm seriously considering a job/career change as well.

I don't know how much time I'll be able to be on the forums, but I wanted everyone to know that I'm still thinking about ya'll, and I miss all the friends I've made here. Hopefully in the next six months or so things will have settled down enough that I'll be able to start spending a bit more time checking in and saying hello. Just because I'm not able to be on here 5-6hrs a day anymore doesn't mean I've totally gotten out of the hobby. Feel free to drop me a line anytime.
