Sometime friday or Saturday my tank went into a crash
With the tank being downstairs hubby and I have worked out a system allowing him to do more of the work on the tank himself since it is harder for me to get down stairs these days. The last waterchange he did by himself in which he was pretty proud of himself! He double checked the levels of the new water and tanks water before following through, so Im unsure what actually happened.

Irony of it all was that we spent all afternoon hooking up the new RO+DI unit last night and talking about how much easier it would be to do the water changes now!

Even with the RO+DI unit hooked up, we've still went into town to get new water and have started the waterchanges. So far it looks like the only things that is going to make it are the fish and possibly the anemone and a few of the corals.

All the fish seem fine, along with the cucumbers (anyone have an idea on that one?) So far I've noticed a few rics, a purple gorgonian, a flower anemone, the malu, and the candy canes seem to be alive and stuggling, all else seem to be dead. I've done a small water change and a few hours later a larger water change. This morning I did a quick PH and Salinity test (lights still out)before the water changes with readings of 7.9 and 1.025.

Maybe something died and went unnoticed? Snowball effect? Any ideas?
