18g Setup with many questions

Well since last tuesday I have been checking my water daily, my levels are as following:

Ph 8.2
Nitrate 0
Nitrite 0
Amonia0

Gravity 1.025

Although its only been 14 days, do you all think its ohk to add slowly to my tank? Im actually kind of supprized on how the levels have been stable and at the right levels. Let me know what you think, Thanks again!!!

I'd stay away from starfish. The tank is very new, and most starfish are kinda fragile.

Just purchased one, but man talk about getting taken advantage of when it comes to shipping .. lol 5.95 for the item itself and 7.50 for 5 day ground ups shipping.. Looks like it will work awesome though!!! Thanks for the advice.
