well... after much of this stuff sitting around collecting dust for years, I'm getting out before I even got in. Here's what I have and I'm taking offers. Please don't ask to split it up, or ship it anywhere. I'd rather it go to one person in the South Florida. I'm in south palm beach, and I can meet you near I-95, anywhere north of Broward Blvd, and south of Gateway blvd... you can of course pick it up too. Here's what I have...
1- All-Glass 16 gallon Bow Front Tank. Water tested, but otherwise unused. The stand that comes with the 16 gallon bow front is also included, it could just use some touch-up with black paint in a few areas.
1 - SCWD Wavemaker - Switching Current Water Director (Squid) http://www.marinedepot.com/ps_ViewItem. ... uct=3Q1111"
1 - Dolphin Tank Master DP-650 Pump, never used (just tested it when I purchased it). http://www.seaquestmarine.com/cgi-bin/s ... RCH=search"
1 - Aqua Clear 500 Aquarium Power Filter, never used (just tested it when I purchased it). No Box
1 - "Custom lighting hood". I purchased this through someone else who made the modifications. It has 4 legs and sits perfectly on top of the aquarium.
The ballast is a 150w magnetic HQI ballast. The manufacturer is JKS. model number is BCQ150H120GAL. that's all I know about the ballast.
The lamp is a USHIO "UHI-150 AQUA". it's a "10,000K 150w HQI" lamp. It is nearly new. I had ordered it new... installed it and tested it out. It's been on for a total of maybe 3 hours.
The hood also contains a 36w "blue" Compact fluorescent light (CFL). I have no idea of the age of this.
There is no UV or protective glass covering the lamp(s), so you'll need to get a piece that fits.
I was planning on plumbing a closed loop system for current, so there is a couple of bulkheads, 2 return nozzles, and a couple of custom overflow boxes that I was starting to make.
I also have a few sheets of black and clear acrylic that I was going to use.
please let me know if you have any questions and make me an offer. I'm not looking to get rich off of this, I just want it gone (wife really wants it gone). I'm open to trades/partial trades too for bowflex Selecttech dumbells... make me an offer. I'd prefer emails at <myspamaccount002>@<gmail><.com> (no <'s >'s)...
Thanks Mike
I have an image, but can't attach it for whatever reason. email me and I'll sent it o you.
