Thanks for the shrimp tip , i think i will pass that up,and wait it out. My temps are running high (79.5 morning 81 evening) ,we have the stock aqupod lighting, but i have replaced stock pump with maxijet 900, and added a 2nd 900 for maximum flow. Thanks again Stuart

Thanks for your quick reply's, i just thought the spike in ammonia would start right away. I mentioned my low ph should we wait before using some sort of buffer???. I will take some pictures when i learn how to take aquarium pics and how to send them out over the internet. THANKS STUART
