Thank you so much for the input. Things seem to be doing better now. I was really concerned about everything closing up. But now I guess they are adjusting to the new flow. Its not very attractive looking, but seems to be working great. I am having hair algae issues, so I'm hoping this will help.

I just got him yesterday and he will not stay in tank. He keeps jumping into the back. I'm afraid he will hit the fan one of these times. Any ideas to keep him in the tank until he sets more settled? Thanks
