My bioload is i have 2 clowns 10 hermits 1 brittel starfish 4 snails 1 cleaner shrimp and 7-8 corals in 10 gal. tank

I was wanting to know if a emerald crab would kill all of my hermits that i allready have in my tank it is 10gal.

The lights on my tank I am not shure what the wattage is but it is a 10gal. tank that is made by odyssea it is like a nanocube. I understand what you are saying about leting the LFS check my water and i probbley need to invest in my one test kit. The only power head that i have is a small one...

My tank is about 5months old It is a 10gal. They are the stock lights that came with it I leave the lights on for about 9hrs. The water parpmeter is good i just had them checked I use RO/DI

You say that the tank go threw the algae cycle before you get coralline algae but i allready have the coralline i think is usually pink in color. :?:

Some of the sand is starting to brown spots in it not shore what is causing it i leave my lights on for 9 hours a day.My water conditinons seem to be ok i have hermits and asteria snails.

I bought a new hairy shroom last night and put in my 10 gal. and i found a tiny white starfish not for shure what kind it is but i hope that my fish don't eat it. :wlift I just i would share that with everybody :lol3:

The 10gal. that i bought cost around80-85$ I got mine at creative aquatics we have alot of fun with ours. :-)

I think that you should go with a glass tank I have a glass 10gal Odyssea and I love it. The lighting and the filter a both built in like a nonocube and I have not had any problems with it. :-) good luck

I think that I have bugs in my tank they are very small and look like ants but they are white and i seen them on my glass. Is this bad is there somthing wrong? I aslo seen two things that look like snails but they did not have shells and they were also white?

I get it from our saltwater fish store it cost about 30 cents a gallon and i only need a gallon and its on my way home. Thanks for the info.but does it need to have flow to stay good?

Is there any way to keep saltwater after I get home I get about 5gal. and don't use it all at one time is there any way to keep it from going bad
